Why can't I log in?
If you've already created your account but can't log in, there may be an issue with your password or internet connection.
These troubleshooting steps may help:
- If using a VPN on your device or the network you're connected to, please turn it off and try again – they sometimes interfere with Salve's ability to connect.
- If connected to wifi at work, please try switching to a different network or mobile. Workplace networks sometimes have additional security features applied which may also interfere with Salve's ability to connect.
- Try switching networks e.g. wifi to mobile data or vice versa.
- Check for any updates on the App Store or the Play Store
