Why can't I log in?

If you've already created your account but can't log in, there may be an issue with your password or internet connection.

These troubleshooting steps may help:

  1. If using a VPN on your device or the network you're connected to, please turn it off and try again – they sometimes interfere with Salve's ability to connect.
  2. If connected to wifi at work, please try switching to a different network or mobile. Workplace networks sometimes have additional security features applied, which may also interfere with Salve's ability to connect.
  3. Try switching networks e.g. wifi to mobile data or vice versa.
  4. Check for any updates on the App Store or the Play Store
  5. If you are trying to sign up/log in via the patient web portal, have you tried clearing your browser's cache? You can do this by pressing Command+Shift+R on a Mac or Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows. If that doesn't solve the issue, please try opening a new private/incognito tab/window or try a different browser.
