I've changed my email address; what should I do?

If you want to change the email address you use to log in to Salve, please follow these steps:

  1. Ask your clinic to update your patient record on their system with your new email address
  2. Log out of Salve, then tap on Create an account
  3. Enter your clinic's invite code
    If you don't have this anymore, email us at hello@salveapp.co.uk telling us the name and location of your clinic and we'll send it to you
  4. Continue to sign up as normal
  5. Your account should sync up automatically on completion of signup
