I'm having problems logging in from mainland China; what should I do?

If you are having difficulty logging in to Salve and/or loading your treatment information, messaging with your care team, etc. while in mainland China, please try using a VPN on your device – preferably switched to a region local to your clinic.

Please note that even using a VPN may not solve the issue due to continuous changes to security measures enforced by the Chinese government and connection to Salve is not guaranteed while accessing from mainland China.
Where connections are successful via VPN, it’s likely this will slow down the responsiveness of the app and information will take longer than usual to load.

如果您位于中国大陆,在登录 Salve 和/或加载您的治疗信息、给您的护理团队发送消息时遇到困难,请尝试在您的设备上使用 VPN(最好切换到您诊所所在的地区)。
