How do I switch clinics?
The below does not apply to Care Fertility patients. Please see here for instructions on how to add other Care clinics to your account.
If you're switching clinics, we'll need to reset your account so that you can sign up again with your new clinic. Email us at hello@salveapp.co.uk to get started.
To speed up the process:
- Email us from your registered email address
- No treatment information will be transferred to your new account. Please download any documents you want to keep before requesting a reset.
- We can't reset your partner's account at your request; they need to get in touch with us directly as the account holder.
When you're ready to switch, please send us an email. We'll be happy to help!
