How do I switch clinics?
The below does not apply to Care Fertility patients. Please see here for instructions on how to add other Care clinics to your account.
If you're switching clinics, we'll need to reset your account so that you can sign up again with your new clinic. Please contact your new clinic to request this.
To speed up the process, your clinic may ask you to confirm:
- Your registered email address.
- No treatment information will be transferred to your new account. Please download any documents you want to keep before requesting a reset.
- Your partner’s account cannot be reset on your behalf. They will need to make their own request directly as the account holder.
Once your clinic has all the required information, they will request the reset for you.
