I haven't received my SMS verification code

Not all mobile carriers 100% guarantee the delivery of SMS messages – especially if you are using an overseas mobile carrier/number – so on rare occasions they won't arrive. If you’re not receiving your SMS verification code, please contact your clinic, and they will request support on your behalf so you can get into the app as soon as possible.
