Not all mobile carriers 100% guarantee the delivery of SMS messages – especially if you are using an overseas mobile carrier/number – so on rare occasions they won't arrive. If you're not receiving your SMS verification code, please send us an email at hello@salveapp.co.uk and we'll help you get into the app ASAP.
