Viewing your payments
Important: Please note that payments are currently available for Care Fertility patients only, and that invoices & payments can only be viewed via the Salve mobile app at this time.
You can view your payments from the Payments section of the Salve app.
While logged into the app, tap on the ㆔ menu and you will see a Payments option if your clinic has this feature enabled.
Tapping on the Payments menu option will load your financial transactions with your clinic.
In the Payments section of the app, you can find a summary of your payments, detailing the date that the payment was received. If you have made a payment against an invoice, you will also be able to see the relevant invoice number for the payment.
By tapping on a payment, you will be taken through to a detailed view of your payment. From this screen you will also be able to download a copy of your receipt for your records by tapping on the Download Receipt button.
