Making payments via the app

You can make payments to your clinic from the Payments section of the Salve app.

While logged into the app, tap on the ㆔ menu and you will see a Payments option if your clinic has this feature enabled.

Tapping on the Payments menu option will load your financial transactions with your clinic.

From the Payments section of the app you can make a partial payment, or make a payment against an invoice.

Making a partial payment

To make a partial payment from the Payments section of the app, tap on the + button in the top-right of the Payments screen.

Tapping on the + button will take you through to the partial payment screen. From this screen, please enter the amount you would like to pay in the amount field, and then tap on the Select Payment Method button.

Tapping on the Select Payment Method button will bring up a bottom sheet, where you can choose to make the payment via Apple/Google Pay, or by entering the card details that you would like the payment to be taken from.

Please note there is a minimum payment of £5.

Once your payment has successfully gone through, you will receive a confirmation screen in the app. To close this screen please tab on the Continue button.

Making a payment against an invoice

To make a payment against an invoice from the Payments section of the app, tap on the relevant invoice in the Payments screen.

Tapping on the invoice will take you through to a detailed view of the invoice. From this screen, please tap on the Pay Invoice button.

Tapping on the Pay Invoice button will bring up a bottom sheet, where you can choose to make the payment via Apple/Google Pay, or by entering the card details that you would like the payment to be taken from.

Once your invoice has successfully been paid, you will receive a confirmation screen in the app.

To close this screen please tab on the Continue button.
