Viewing your invoices
Important: Please note that payments are currently available for Care Fertility patients only, and that invoices & payments can only be viewed via the Salve mobile app at this time.
You can view your invoices from the Payments section of the Salve app.
While logged into the app, tap on the ㆔ menu and you will see a Payments option if your clinic has this feature enabled.
Tapping on the Payments menu option will load your financial transactions with your clinic.
In the Payments section of the app, you can find a summary of your invoices, including the date that it was created, the due date for the invoice, and the invoice number.
By tapping on an invoice, or the Pay Now button, you will be taken through to a detailed view of your invoice. From this screen you will also be able to download a copy of your invoice for your records by tapping on the Download Invoice button.
