Adding another clinic to your existing Salve account
Important: This feature is currently in a limited pilot stage and only available to patients at a select few clinics.
Who can use this feature?
Salve is slowly releasing this feature to everyone, so it may not yet be available where you are.
Currently, this feature is available to patients at the following clinics:
- All Care Fertility clinics
What about everywhere else?
We plan to roll out this feature to all of our clinics across the world. We will keep the above list updated each time a new clinic is added until it's available for everyone.
Adding a new clinic to your account
Note: Currently, you need to use the mobile app to add a clinic; it cannot be done via the web portal at this time – but you will be able to view all your clinics in the web portal once they're added via the app.
In the Salve mobile app:
- While logged in, tap on your current clinic's logo on the home screen
- Tap Add a clinic in the drawer that appears
Enter your new clinic's invite code
If you don't know this, please ask your clinic or ask Salve at hello@salveapp.co.uk, telling us your clinic's name and location
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finish setting up your new clinic. You may be asked to enter some additional information about yourself depending on your new clinic's requirements.
Issues adding a new clinic?
Your new clinic is in a different country or region from your first one
Currently, you can only add clinics in the same country/region as your first clinic. This is due to the way our servers are set up. If this is the issue with the new clinic you're trying to add, you'll receive this error:
Our regions are currently split as follows:
- APAC South: Australia, Pacific Islands, New Zealand
- Central Europe: Germany, Portugal, Spain,
- UK: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales
- Republic of Ireland
- US East: D.C., Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Virginia
- US West: California, Colorado, Oregon, Texas
To sign up to a clinic outside of your first clinic's region, we'll need to reset your existing account or you'll need to give your new clinic a different email address so you can create a second account. Please email us at hello@salveapp.co.uk if you'd like to discuss these options.
Your new clinic cannot be added to existing Salve accounts
Some clinics may have opted out of this feature or may not yet have it enabled. If that is the case, you'll be shown this error when you try to add them:
