Adding / updating your personal information

When you first download Salve, you may be asked to enter some additional information about yourself as part of the treatment process. 

Tap on the 'enter your details' button to start.

Follow the screens, entering your information until you reach the final screen including the 'review & submit' button. 

When you tap the 'review & submit' button, you will be brought to a 'review' screen.

Please check the information is correct as, once submitted, this will be published within your clinic's computer system. If you wish to amend any details at this stage, simply click the 'edit' button to go back to that section of the form. 

Once you are happy that all the information is correct, tap the 'submit' button at the bottom.

Providing the information was submitted successfully, you will reach this confirmation screen. You can simply tap 'okay' to exit this process and start using the rest of the Salve app. 

Should you wish to amend any information at a later date, please get in touch with your clinic directly. You can do this either over the phone or using the messaging section of Salve.
