Why isn't password reset working?
Resetting your password only works if you have an existing Salve account. If there's no account associated with the email address you enter during the reset process, you won't receive a code. We don't say this explicitly in the app for security reasons.
If you're sure you definitely have an account with that email address, please contact us at hello@salveapp.co.uk and we'll look into it for you.
