How do I sign up?
A clinic invite code is needed to sign up to Salve. Usually clinics will either email this to you or they'll hand you a leaflet at the clinic that includes the code. If you don't have an invite code, please contact your clinic.
Create your Salve account
- Download Salve onto your device
- Tap on create an account, then enter your clinic invite code
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your details and verify your identity
- The details you enter must match what your clinic has on file for you; it's how we find your patient record in the clinic's system and verify your identity
- You must have access to the inbox of the email address you use as we'll email a verification code to be entered in the app
- The phone number you use must be capable of receiving SMS messages as we'll text you a separate verification code to be entered in the app
- Once your account is created, the app may take up to 5 minutes to pull through your treatment details from the clinic. If after that time you still can't see your medications please contact us at hello@salveapp.co.uk.

Having problems signing up?
Something went wrong
If you're getting a 'something went wrong' error message, this may mean we've found more than one patient with your email address – for example if you have the same email address as your partner. Please contact your clinic and ask them to check that your email address isn't used in any other patient record.
Email address not found
The address you sign up with has to be exactly the same as the one your clinic has on file. For example, if you sign up using name@gmail.com but your clinic has name@googlemail.com, Salve won't be able to find you in the clinic's system. Please check with your clinic if you're not sure what address they have for you.
This is usually down to one of three things:
- The date of birth you signed up with doesn't match what's in your patient record
- You used a different email address to sign up from the one that's in your patient record
- Your email address can be found in more than one patient record at your clinic e.g. your partner's
