How do I change clinics?

If you've switched clinics, even from within the same clinic group, please send us an email and we'll reset your account so you can sign up again with your current clinic. Please remember to tell us:

  • The clinic you're switching from
  • The clinic you're switching to
  • The email address you're registered with in Salve
