How to join a video call appointment

When a video call appointment is booked for you by the clinic, it will show up in your list of appointments on your treatment timeline:

For these types of appointments, you can join the appointment straight from within Salve; you don't need to download any other apps.

You can join the call by tapping on the phone button up to five minutes before the call's start time and for the booked duration of the call. Outside of these times, the phone button will be disabled.

When you join a video call for the first time, Salve will ask for permission to use your microphone and camera. Please make sure you allow this permission as it's necessary for video calls to work.
