How do I turn off notifications?

Turning off notifications is easy to do in your phone's settings. Just remember that once you turn them off, you'll no longer be notified of when your clinic sends you a message or about other useful stuff to do with your treatment plan. If you change your mind, you can always turn them back on at any time.

iOS 

1. Tap on your device's Settings icon
2. Tap on Notifications
3. Scroll down the list of apps until you get to Salve
4. Toggle the Allow Notifications switch to off

   

Android 

Android devices all look a little bit different, but the steps should be fairly similar:

1. Tap on your device's Settings icon
2. Tap on Notifications
3. You should now see a list of apps. If the list is very small, tap on See all
4. Scroll down the list of apps until you get to Salve
5. Turn the toggle next to Salve to off (the toggle is off when its slider is on the left)
