Adjusting when you're automatically logged out of the app

To help keep your medical data safe, the Salve mobile app will "soft" log you out after a period of inactivity. You will continue to receive notifications (if you have them enabled), but the next time you return to Salve you'll need to log in again – either by facial recognition/fingerprint if you have that enabled, or by manually entering your login details.

By default, this "soft" logout is set to 15 minutes, but you can adjust this setting in preferences.

  1. Tap on the 3-line icon in the app's bottom menu
  2. Go to Preferences
  3. Adjust the time against Auto-logout timer to increase/decrease
