Logging in to the patient web portal

The patient web portal can be accessed via any browser by going to: https://patientwebportal.salvehealth.com

If you already have an existing Salve account created via the mobile app, you can use your existing credentials to log in.

If you don't already have an account, you can create one via the web portal or the mobile app. Just click on the Create an account button on the login screen to get started
