How do I delete my account and data?
If you wish to delete your Salve account and its data, please send us an account deletion request via the app:
- In Salve's main menu, tap on the three-line icon in the bottom-right to open the menu
- Tap on Preferences
- At the bottom of the page, tap the DELETE ACCOUNT link in red
- Confirm your request in the pop-up
This will send us an email notification that you wish to have your account and all of its data deleted, which we will action 30 days from the request being received.
During this 30-day period, please download any documents you have received if you wish to keep them. If you would like a copy of your message history with your clinic, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can export these for you into a spreadsheet.
